Consultation with customers living in Dunn Terrace has commenced on the £11 million investment by Karbon Homes to improve the environment across the Byker Estate. Works are expected to start in the autumn. You’ll also find information about the cost of living and whether you are eligible for extra support and help from the Government – please contact us if you, or someone you know, is struggling to keep up with rent payments. We have our usual What’s On Guide and all places to visit are free of charge, we’re also exploring bringing The Bread and Butter Thing, an affordable food hub here to the Byker Estate.
