Inspect your Estate and give us feedback

In order to ensure we’re delivering the service you expect to receive, we’re asking for residents to come forward and act as grounds maintenance inspectors for the area where you live. Some people are already involved but we’re looking for as many people as possible to come forward to ensure we are providing a good service.

When our grounds maintenance teams have completed work in your area, you will then be given a short survey to fill in and return to us.

It will take no more than five minutes to complete and you will be given a freepost envelope to return your survey. Alternatively, you can hand it to your Neighbourhood Housing Officer.

The survey includes questions about the quality of work that has been undertaken and ask if you’re satisfied with the level of service that has been delivered. It also gives you the opportunity to raise any issues or concerns that you may have, so we can quickly respond to these.
