Local office re-opens Monday 19 April

Our local office at 17 Raby Cross will be re-opening from Monday 19 April 2021.

The reception will be open to customers (via appointment only) from 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

A new era for Byker

The ownership and management of homes on the iconic Grade II* Listed Byker Estate have formally been transferred from BCT into Karbon Homes today.
