As you may have heard in the news, the Government has announced a move to Plan B and the introduction of new guidance to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
The health and safety of our customers and colleagues continues to be our main priority.
From today, face coverings will be required by law in most indoor public places.
When we do need to come into your home for any reason, our colleagues will wear face coverings. We ask that you and any other household members also wear face coverings while our colleagues are in your homes.
We will continue to offer a full repairs service to customers but we are experiencing higher than usual sickness absence among colleagues due to Covid-19 so it may take us a little longer to get to you. Our teams are doing their best in difficult circumstances, so we would ask you to please be patient and bear with us.
