The Team Programme is a 12-week personal development course, offering work experience, qualifications, practical skills, community projects and a residential week.

On benefits? This course will not affect your payments and stands you in good favour with the jobcentre.
You can earn up to £250 in our bonus scheme upon completion of the course. Bus or train fares paid up to £20 a week, so no cost for your transport. There’s also a £10 bonus for anyone you recommend who completes the course.
