Supportis available toindividuals who:
Live inNewcastle
Are aged 18+
Want to work
Are currentlyunemployed and looking for work, or
Arealready in work but need support toretain their job or progress in employment
Experienced EmploymentSpecialists will provideyou withpersonalised, one-to-one support tailored to individual needs,goals and circumstances.
Support can include:
Identifying career goals and opportunities
CV development and job applications
Interview preparation
Confidence building
In-work support to help people stay and succeed in employment
Liaison with employers toidentify suitable opportunities and workplace adjustments where appropriate
Connect to Work also works very closely with local employersto understand what they look for in successful job candidates and identify suitable job opportunities for participants, ensuring jobs can bematched based on your strengths, experience and career ambitions, while also ensuring employers can access candidates who are motivated and well-suited to their vacancies.
