Inspect your Estate and give us feedback
To ensure we’re delivering the grounds maintenance service you expect to receive, we’re asking for residents to come forward and act as inspectors for the area where you live.
When our grounds maintenance teams have completed work in your area, you will then be given a short survey to fill in and return to us.
It will take no more than five minutes to complete, and you will be given a freepost envelope to return your survey. Alternatively, you can hand it to your Neighbourhood Housing Officer.
All resident GMIs are invited to quarterly meetings at BCT office to meet with GMI staff and our Community Engagement Officer to discuss any issues.
