In our communal blocks we employ contractors to keep the communal areas clean.
To ensure our contractors are delivering the cleaning service you expect to receive, we’re asking for residents to come forward and act as inspectors for the area where you live.
When our contractors have carried out cleaning your area, you will then be given a short survey to fill in and return to us.
It will take no more than five minutes to complete, and you will be given a freepost envelope to return your survey. Alternatively, you can hand it to your Neighbourhood Housing Officer.
All resident cleaning inspectors are invited to quarterly meetings at BCT office to meet with our Community Engagement Officer to discuss any issues.
