If you claim Universal Credit then you'll need to report your new rent charges to them from next week to make sure you are paid the correct amount.
On Monday 6 April you can complete the to-do on your UC account with your new rent amount. You can find a full guide on how to do this here: UC | Karbon Homes.
You can find your new charges on your rent increase letter and if we have your mobile number we will also send a reminder text to update your details on Tuesday 7 April.
If you need help to update your details, our Customer Accounts team will be in the BCT office for drop in sessions Tuesday - Friday next week between 10am-3pm.
