New rules from the Government mean we now must speak to all residents living in buildings over 18 meters high and buildings over 11 meters high with an evacuate fire strategy, who might need help getting out
of the building in a fire.
This is called a Residential PEEP or Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan.
If you or someone in your home finds it hard to move, hear, see or understand things, we need to make a plan with you. It’s all about keeping you safe.
What you should know
- It’s now a legal requirement and we must do this.
- It’s for anyone who might need help in an emergency.
- It’s about your safety, which is our top priority.
- We aim to speak to everyone by April 2026.
A member of our team will be in touch soon. If you think you or someone in your home may
need a plan, please contact us today.
