We recently announced that we received funding from Historic England to transform two of our hobby rooms on the estate, one on St Michael’s Mount and one on Spires Lane. The St Michaels Mount room will be used as a creative studio, and we want to give you, as Byker residents, the opportunity to apply to become Byker’s first artist in residence. We’re looking for someone who can use the space to thrive creatively but also commit to a series of projects that will benefit the wider Byker community.
