Building safety surveys

Maintaining the safety and security of your homes is our top priority.

Over the next couple of weeks an operative from Part B will be on the estate taking scans of our high rise buildings (including the Byker Wall). These scans will support our building fire safety strategies, ensuring your home is as safe as possible.

Any operative carrying out work on the estate will be carrying identification with them.
