Right to Buy (RTB), Right to Acquire (RTA)

BCT customers are able to purchase their home through two different schemes called “right to buy” and “right to acquire”, subject to eligibility criteria.

The schemes operate in similar ways, however the main difference is the amount of discount you receive. The level of discount on your home is determined by the government.
