As part of our on-going commitment to supporting tenants, we are reviewing the Concierge and Cleaning Contract that forms part of the service charge that you pay every week.

BCT currently has an agreement with Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) to provide concierge and cleaning services, however this current arrangement will come to an end in January 2019.

As a result, we need to have a new agreement in place and we would love to hear from you with regards to your requirements and expectations.

BCT are offering you the opportunity to attend a drop-in session where you will be able to provide feedback to BCT officers and members of our Customer Scrutiny Committee.

Drop-in sessions will be held on the following dates:
