From the 3rd of October Tenancy and Estate Management functions will be delivered in house by a team of dedicated Housing Officers and Customer Service Advisors. This new ‘Byker Approach’ to Housing Management means that you will see some new faces on the Estate or if you call into the Housing Office at 17 Raby Cross.
The Housing Team is here to help your tenancy run as smoothly as possible. They will support you throughout your tenancy, offering help and advice on the following issues:
- Estate management
- Neighbour complaints
- Untidy gardens
- Anti-social behaviour
- General tenancy issues
- Assignment and Succession
- Environmental improvements
The Housing Team is dedicated to working closely with our tenants to find out what your views are on how we can further improve our services and as part of this we will carry out an annual customer care visit with all our customers.
The Housing Team is also available to assist people who want to move into a BCT property. They can offer advice and information on the properties BCT has available and how to apply for a home.
