How to find a home and make a bid
All of BCT’s vacancies are advertised at Newcastle Homes.
To be considered for a BCT property, you will need to complete an application form which you can access by logging onto www.newcastlehomes.org.uk or visit the BCT Neighbourhood office at 17 Raby Cross and a member of staff will be happy to assist you.
How to express an interest once you are registered:
All available properties are advertised every week between 00.01am on a Thursday until 11.59pm on the following Monday and there are a number ways you can bid.
Once you have your reference number and are ready to bid, you can apply using the methods below:
- Online at www.newcastlehomes.org.uk
- By calling the BCT Office on 0800 533 5442
- By emailing the BCT office at: enquiries@bykerct.co.uk
- In person at the BCT office at 17 Raby Cross
All available properties are advertised on the Newcastle Homes website and are also advertised in a weekly newsletter available from the BCT office. In addition, we display details of a number of our available properties in our office, including our ‘property of the week.’
